There is no contact form on this site, so nothing is collected until you choose to send an email. We usually reply within a few days.
What to send us
- Corrections — a puzzle page showing an answer or path that does not match the board. Please include the date and the game number, for example 2026-09-18, #929.
- Broken pages — a dated page, archive link, or feed item that will not load.
- Privacy and data requests — questions about the analytics data described in our privacy policy, or requests relating to it.
- Trademark and rights questions — from rights holders with a concern about content on this site.
What we cannot help with
Strands Guide is an independent help site, not the game publisher. We cannot restore your New York Times account, fix NYT Strands itself, or change anything inside the official game. Please contact The New York Times for anything related to the game or your subscription.
How the site is built
Every dated page is generated from public puzzle data and checked before it is published. Details of that process are on the about page, and the method for solving the board is in the guide.
